(5) Emergency contacts: information of your 2 emergency contacts, including their relationship with you and their phone numbers. This information is only and solely used for verifying your identity, assessing eligibility, analyzing credit risks and preventing frauds;

 

(6) Other information: location, calendar, Installed application, financially-related SMS data, app usage data, and any other data generated or provided in connection with your use of our products/services.

 

We may collect personal data directly from you or from various sources, including your submissions, analysis of how you use and manage your account with us, government and regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, third parties, publicly available sources or registries, and information collected when you visit our websites, such as your device's IP address or data collected via cookies. Personal information and data will not be collected from you without your consent.

In order for us to fully and effectively expedite the loan review and approval process and to determine your eligibility to avail our products/services, we may require access to the following permissions or information:

 

(1) SMS Data

 

Data Collection: with your consent, we will access your SMS data from inbox, which is financially related, and only from the latest six (6) months record. The accessed data will include sender, date, and content. The SMS data that is not useful for analyzing financial risks and/or is not related to your financial activities and/or is more than 6 months ago will be filtered and will not be collected or stored.

 

Purposes: above mentioned and collected SMS data will be only and solely used for verification and risk assessment purposes for us to evaluate your creditworthiness, assess your financial status and repayment capacities, check if you have multiple loans from other companies at the same time and analyze if there are potential fraud risks, so as to determine if you are eligible for our products/services.

 

Data processing: we strictly adhere to all applicable google policies, laws, regulations and Futurecash Privacy Policy. Your SMS data will always be processed in safe and confidential manners by us. With your consent, the data will be encrypted, uploaded to our dedicated server https://serv.futurecashloan.com via HTTPS protocol. You also have the right to refuse us the access to SMS permissions, but this may affect your overall experience when using our products/ services. You may also go to your device settings to enable or disable this permission at any time.

 

(2) Phone and Device Data

 

Data Collection: we collect the information about your device when you are using our app, including but not limited to your device name, model number, region and language settings, device identifier, device hardware and software information, IP address, status, usage habits. 

 

Purpose: to uniquely identify the device and to ensure that unauthorized devices/persons do not act on your behalf to prevent possible fraudulent behaviors and to protect your account security.

Purposes: we will use this data to enable user credit risk assessment,understand user behavior, and recommend personalized credit loans.

(4) Calendar data

 

Data Collection: with your consent, we will access your calendar data, which is financially related. The accessed data will include event title, start date/end date, and event description. The calendar data that is not useful for analyzing financial risks and/or is not related to your financial activities will be filtered and will not be collected or stored.

 

Purpose: above mentioned and collected calendar data will be used only and solely for verification and risk assessment purposes for us to evaluate your creditworthiness, assess your financial status and repayment capacity. We can also write your loan due reminders to help you avoid late payments that could negatively impact your credit score. 

 

Data processing: Your calendar data will always be processed in safe and confidential manners by us. You also have the right to refuse us the access to calendar permissions, but this may affect your overall experience when using our products/ services. You may also go to your device settings to enable or disable this permission at any time.

 

(5) App usage data

Data Collection: with your consent, we will access your app usage data. The accessed data will include your last app launch time, total usage duration, foreground and background status, and app installation and uninstallation. 

 

Purpose: above mentioned and collected app usage data will be used only and solely for verification and risk assessment purposes for us to evaluate your creditworthiness. In addition, it will help prevent fraudulent activities.

 

Data processing: Your app usage data will always be processed in safe and confidential manners by us. You also have the right to refuse us the access to App usage data permissions, but this may affect your overall experience when using our products/ services. (6) Battery

 

Data Collection: with your consent, we collect information about your battery level. 

 

Purpose: To optimize application performance, reduce battery consumption, and extend device life span.

(3) To manage and protect the security of your account with us;

 

(4) To record your credit history for your references; 

 

(5) To communicate with you, such as sending updates and reminders related to your Futurecash accounts or orders, informing you of our latest promos, responding to your inquiries, addressing your complaints and disputes.

 

(6) To detect and investigate frauds, crimes, or illegal activities, and to use and disclose this information for investigations, prevention, prosecution, and compliance with regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

 

(7) To collect any debts owed to us and to enforce your obligations.

 

(8) Others that are required by any law, regulation, order and/or guidelines.

 

5. Personal Information Update

 

You are responsible for keeping the personal information and data you provide to Futurecash accurate and up to date and for informing us of any changes. You have the right to review the personal data we have collected about you and request corrections. If there are changes to your personal information or if you believe the information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated, please email your request to help@futurecashloan.com by attaching your name, valid ID number, details of your request, and any supporting documents. 7. Personal Information Removal

9. Personal Information and Futurecash Account Deletion

 

If you want to stop using our service and delete your Futurecash account, you may go to Me - Other - Cancel Account to delete your Futurecash account on your own, or you may send a request email to help@futurecashloan.com, we will ask you to provide your account information and related proof to verify and validate your identity; after verification, we will delete your account and related data. 

 

10. Personal Information Security

 

We will safeguard your personal information and data under our control by implementing appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or other related risks. These security measures will be in line with current data protection legislation and this Policy.

 

11. Rights of the User

(4) You warrant that the consent of the individuals whom you declared as emergency contacts or references in your loan application with Futurecash have been acquired.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THE WAY THIS PRIVACY POLICY DESCRIBES, PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR INFORMATION WHEN REQUESTED AND IMMEDIATELY STOP USING OUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES. BY CONTINUING TO USE AND ACCESS OUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING OUR RULES REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
